To report the effectiveness of intrathecal selective administration ofurokinase infusion (ITSUKI) therapy delivered via a special kit (ITSUKit),developed to prevent vasospasm in patients with ruptured aneurysms who had undergone Guglielmi detachable coil (GDC) placement, in patients with World Federation of Neurological Surgery (WFNS) grade V subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
