Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Because we developed the study using the rabbit rat mouse spinal cord injury model so far, we applied the technique and developed a spinal injury model manufacture device for exclusive use of the crab-eating monkey. After crush injury assuming spinal cord it, and evaluating a hindlimb function, graded dysfunction was found in three different injury energy of the mild medium degree, severeness according to size of the injury energy subsequently.
