Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We searched for the novel osteoclast regulatory factor produced by human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(hMSC) on inflammatory cytokine-induced osteoclast differentiation. Our findings showed that osteoclast differentiation by TNF-alpha was suppressed by conditioned medium of hMSC and we identified some candidate molecules of osteoclast regulatory factor using high-throughput screening and mass spectrometry.
