Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The expression levels of manserin were quite different in LNCaP cells and sublines, high level in LNCaP and relative low level in F10. Additionally, manserin may induce NE differentiation in LNCaP cells associated with increased expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, but stimulated proliferation in F10 cells. Therefore, our data supported that manserin contributed to cancer progression via multiple functions, including stimulation of angiogenesis and proliferation.
