Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the present study, we prospectively analyzed HPV realted oropharyngeal cancer and normal side tonsil by using next generation DNA sequencer. We analyzed the promoter methylation of 3 genes (MAL, SLC5A5, NUP85) in 133 HNSCC and in matching 42 normal tissues.
