Outline of Final Research Achievements

To clarify the mechanism of remote organ failure after traumatic injury, we developed a new tissue trauma model (TBX model) and investigated the validity of this model.
TBX induced a systematic inflammatory response and attenuated a intestinal motility at 21 hours after transplantation of TBX.
