It is confirmed that the needs of the patients and their families are the most importamt. On the other hand, it is difficult for carer to graps the needs of peoples whose cognitive function is disordered. The key to solution of this difficult problem is to brush up the professinalism of carers.
We have established the network between nurses,caseworkers nursing persons and so on. we also established between doctors in Nakahara-ku kawasaki. But we understand the needs between so-called co-medicals and doctors are diffrent.It is supposed only the case meeting build the bridge across the gult.
