Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We aimed to develop novel detection method for bioactive materials from various biological specimens which has healing activity of tissue injury. We combined cell movement assay, growth assay and phagocyte assay. Then we applied biomaterials from herbs and other bio products on the detection procedure. Finally, we detect stimulation activity of cell growth and anti-phagocytic activity from those materials by our newly developed method.
