Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to elucidate the effects of food ingredients on chylomicron metabolism, which leads to postprandial hyperlipidemia a potent risk factor of cardiovascular diseases, we ivetigated the secretion of chylomicron triglyceride and apoB48, for which we have developed monoclonal ELISA, from human intestinal cell Caco-2.
