Research Abstract |
Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) are useful resources fortissue engineering, drug screening, and regenerative medicine. Cellular microenvironmental cues play critical roles in regulating hPSCs functions, but it is challenging to control them with synthetic components. In this project, we focus to develop a 3D nano-lattices scaffold for maintaining pluripotent stem cell culture based on micro-engineering tools and techniques. hPSCs on 3D nano-lattics scaffold showed a growth rate and they retained their pluripotency.
