Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Self-assembled single crystalline oxide nanowires were successfully synthesized by understanding the underlying growth mechanism. Using the oxide nanowires, the nanoscale redox based switching devices were also demonstrated with a design rule for stable switching operation.
