Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Research was carried out on new Chinese employees who began working in a Japanese company after graduating from engineering school. The project aimed to clarify changes in their attitude and ability as a result of their work experience. Qualitative survey and coding methods were used for the analysis. Based on the results of the survey, I suggest pedagogical approaches effective for preparing international students at Japanese universities taking business Japanese courses who may want to work someday for a Japanese company.
