Research Abstract |
We conducted basic technical development of GHz ultrasonics. ZnO transducers was sputtered on back side of diamond anvil. We prepared a model DAC, and succeeded to measure GHz ultrasonic data of glass and aluminum specimen. We confirmed 0.1 % accuracy is expected in GHz ultrasonics. We will make follow up effort to realize simultaneous measurement of GHz ultrasonics and Brillouin scattering in DAC.
