Research Abstract |
In this study, I developed two types of indicators to monitor the dynamics of biomolecules in living cells: luciferase fragments fused to a fluorescent protein for the highly precise detection of phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate (PIP3) production in living cells; and cyclic luciferases for real-time sensing of caspase-3 and -8 in living cells with high sensitivity.
