Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The present work focuses on the monolayered nanodots with the atomic-scale thickness and single-nanometer lateral size. Control of lateral size, surface chemistry, and property is achieved on the monolayered materials based on transition metal oxides, such as titanium, tungsten, and manganese oxides.
