Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have succeeded in fabricating a pn junction for solar cells using a novel process for making Si nano-crystalline paste. Oxidization of Si should be avoided for this Si milling process. Si paste was applied on a Fe or Mo substrates for fabricating this solar cell.
