In order to establish the plant parasitic nematode as a model organism for the analysis of plant-nematode interaction, we have tried to culture the nematode, to sterilize the nematode, and to perform whole mount in situ hybridization test, to identify effector proteins by using proteome technique. Further, by using effector protein candidates, we performed Y2H screening, and identified some effector protein binding proteins.
