Research Abstract |
NMR structure can be determined for proteins with molecular weight less than 50 kDa, however, no structure for beyond 100 kDa. In this research, we have developed a new NMR method to analyze very large proteins. This method consists of sensitivity enhancement of 13C direct detection, and 13C assignment and analysis procedures employed for solid state NMR. These methods were applied to florigen receptor with molecular mass beyond 50 kDa.
