Research Abstract

Many evidence including that all of the Yamanaka factors necessary for generation of IPS cells are transcription factors indicates that transcription factors play an very important role in regulation of gene expression. To address the mechanism how transcription factor regulates gene transcription, we performed the identification of transcription regulatory factor using chromatinized DNA template.
