Research Abstract |
I planned to investigate the cellular mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of experimental cerebral malaria using 3 imaging techniques; luciferase imaging, fluorescence imaging using multiphoton microscope, and PET/CT imaging. I was able to get enough information and preparation for the analysis using these techniques.
