Research Abstract

By in silico screening using super computer DEGIMA system, we selected 374 chemical compounds as antiviral candidates which inhibit ebolavirus assembly. Antiviral activities of these compounds are currently under investigation.
We also established the high-through put screening system to identify the chemical compounds which inhibit Lassa virus assembly.
