Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have performed the systematic survey for biologically active peptides in human pheochromocytoma tissue, using assay systems which we had originally established. We have purified and determined more than 50 peptides from human pheochromocytoma tissue. We discovered Big angiotensin-25 from human urine as an endogenous peptide. Further we have developed the assay system for Big angiotensin-25.
