Research Abstract

Tumor has both genetic and epigenetic abnormality, i.e. individuality. Therefore, tumor shows various sensitivity or resistance to radiation. However, research on radiation-sensitivity/resistance from a viewpoint of epigenetics is not enough. In this study, we investigated molecular mechanism of response to irradiation of metastasis-associated genes and ER stress-associated genes
