Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We performed experiment of mouse ovaries before beginning experiment of macaca ovaries. To make a study of thawing condition, we froze mouse ovaries and performed immunohistochemistry of frozen mouse ovaries. Then, we froze macaca ovaries with CAS. The ovaries are kept in liquid nitrogen. Now we adjust a schedule for autogenous transplantation.
