Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Optical imaging technique enables us to reveal molecular dynamics and their function in cells and tissues. Especially, Raman spectroscopy and nonlinear optical effect are applicable to label-free imaging of target molecules, therefore it is promising tool for biomedical applications. In this study, we developed high throughput Raman imaging system for clinical diagnostics and successfully evaluated nonlinear microscopy for quantitative analysis of changes in molecular component on animal disease models.
