Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The local injection system was constructed for a model organism Nematoda. The local injection was demonstrated by fixing C. elegans inside a micro-channel. The nanoinjection was demonstrated for C. elegans by the nanomanipulation system inside an environmental scanning electron microscope.
