Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this research, we developed a shape deformable interactive surface with dynamic stiffness control capability. This display surface compose of small particle material and non-breathable and flexible cloth. We utilize particle jamming techniques to control stiffness of the display surface. We developed touch detection system using depth camera on the flexible surface and also developed two applications.
