Research Abstract |
In this research, I analyzed property of neural stem cell, which change during development comparing methylation status.I collected neural stem cells from different stage (Enbryonic day 11, 14, 18) of mouse brain and differentiated cells such as neuron, astrocyte and oligodendrocyte for whole genome methylation analysis. I identified the differentially methylated region of each cell type and transcription factor binding site.
