Research Abstract |
In this study, we developed the real-time measuring system of muscle architecture by optical flow method (i.e., Lucas-Kanade algorithm). Using this system, we calculated the trajectory of the plantar-flexor fascicle length change during involuntary physical activity as the index of spasticity.
