Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We examined the sarcopenia-induced physiological active substance on satellite cell function in vitro and in vivo.The results demonstrated that activation of TRPV1 by CAP did not change myoblast proliferation, whereas it regulates myoblast fusion through interleukin-4 (IL-4).
