We assume that Japanese colonial policy science is mainly the reference material for the administrative agencies. On the other hand, there is some critical theory to colonial governance, too. Japanese colonial policy science is in the antagonism between pro and anti after WW2.
When I estimated colonial rule, I found that there was another realistic problem solution by Taiwanese. Its alternative policy has possibility to make Japanese colonial system cosmopolitan governance like United Kingdom’s commonwealth.
