Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In United States Judicial Review System plays important role in social development.Famous minority groups (ex. NAACP) have beard crucial responsibility in such cases. But recently diversity of racial groups becomes enhanced. Asian or Hispanic groups strengthen their presence. On that account changes can be seen with regard to the conflict on legal cases. Unlike 1960's in which African American groups played main role in Civil Rights Movement, conflicts between racial minorities can be seen in current cases. Possible causes include: economic disparities, partial social infrastructure.
