| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
From the United States law and German law research, I analyzed the contents of the equality rights and equality principle. And I studied the cases of the United States Supreme Court and the German Constitutional Court.
Based on this reserch,I rote papers about legal inheritance of children born out of wedlock,Muslim information collection incident, political activities of public officials, foreigner's position in the Constitution,The United States Constitution Fourteenth Amendment,equality between the municipality,Disparity of one vote,same sex marriage,separate surnames for married couples.
