Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The project is to research the extra-contractual concepts or relationships in English labour law, resulting in that Japanese labour law which does not have proper concepts for extra-contractual relationships examine the possibility to introduce them into itself. At the same time, within the sphere of Japanese labour law, the project clarified the differences between three concepts which it invented by itself, agreement, extra-agreement norms, and extra-contractual norms, to show the necessity for extra-contractual norms.
