Outline of Final Research Achievements

Could testators prevent devisees from disposing their testamentary property? This research focused on civil law of France, especially ‘substitutions’ (code civil art.896) and ‘liberalites en usufruit et nue-propriete‘ (code civil art.899)　and made suggestion that there is a limit to restriction of devisee's right.
