Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to elucidate mechanisms of the relationships between corporate reputation, stakeholder loyalty and firms perfomance. Literature review, theory based conceptualization, and questionnaire surveys allow us to develop and test an structural equation model(SEM). Statistical results indicate that corporate reputation have a positive effects on stakeholder loyalty in Japan.
