Outline of Final Research Achievements |
By conducting a comparison between Japan and England, this study analyzes the effects of local partnership organizations on social inclusion systems for NEETs . After conducting some local area research in both countries, I conclude that the presence of local partnership organizations can lead to the formation of new “local publics” for community welfare. Therefore, youth support systems, especially those concerning special needs, have changed toward social inclusion through local partnership organizations.
