Research Abstract |
We found that R-123(R=Pr,Nd) whiskers were grown along the c-axis. In general, R-123(R is except Pr,Nd) whiskers are grown along the a- or b-axis. That growth direction is special in Pr and Nd case. However, R-123(R=La,Lu) whiskers could not be grown by that growth method.
