Research Abstract |
Normally-closed slide valve of type was developed for directional control valves as a component of microfluidic circuit. Reducing valve is realized by integrating MEMS pressure sensor into microfluidic circuit and fast switching with feedback control. Parallel output of pneumatic actuators from electrical serial input was obtained by demultiplex-type microfluidic circuit.
