| Research Abstract |
The purpose of this paper is to report the survey of a geriatric health services facility operating with an emphasis on return home. Some results show as follows : (1)Home support to reduce the care burden on caregivers is a major factor in maintaining a high return home rate. (2)Environment for rehabilitation has improved gradually with progress of time.
