Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I developed a new method to analyze dynamic behavior of proteins in living cells using In-Cell NMR and fluorine-labeling methods. High-resolution 19F-NMR spectra of VRK1 kinase protein were obtained. This method is useful for understanding the dynamic regulation of proteins under physiological conditions.
