Research Abstract |
We have found a novel mechanism of splicing-dependent regulation of gene expression, attributing to certain stress recovery function of cells. Thus, we analyzed its molecular mechanism and found some candidates for trans-acting proteins required for this splicing-dependent regulation. In addition, we searched for other genes regulated by this novel mechanism and obtained a number of candidate genes.
