Research Abstract |
We have successfully prepared layer-by-layer microcapsules containing FITC-BSA. The morphology of microcapsules was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The sizes of microcapsules were found to be 5-10 micrometer. The electrode potential of the microcapsules-coated Au resonater was applied to +0.7 V for 5 min. The change of frequency in a quartz crystal microbalance increased after electrolysis, suggesting the microcapsules were decomposed by electrolysis.
