Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To elucidate the function of measles virus (MV) C protein in pathogenesis, identification of novel factors associated with the C protein in MV-infected cells was performed. As a result, the C protein was associated with MV N and P protein in infected cells. Moreover, the C protein was colocalized with the RNP complex composed of N, P and L protein and genomic RNA and also host recycling endosome in MV-infected cells.
