Research Abstract |
We identified COMMD3 as a novel regulator of chemoattractant receptor signaling. In this study, we aimed at clarifying a novel mechanism for the regulation of lymphocyte dynamics through functional analysis of COMMD3. By analyzing gene-targeted mice, we found that COMMD3 acts as a positive regulator of sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor S1P1 and promotes T cell exit from the thymus.
