Research Abstract

RhoH, a hematopoietic lineage cell specific atypical small GTPase, plays the critical roles on T cell development and activation. As a specific target gene during thymocytes development, we have focused on RhoH and generated knock-out mice. These mice showed to the spontaneous development of psoriasis-like chronic dermatitis. The psoriatic eruption occurring in RhoH null mice might be dependent on the function of lymphocyte.
