Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This studies were conducted to develop validated instrument for evaluating clinical teachers in Japan. We developed an instrument for clinical teachers with content validity, used Modified Delphi technique. To examine the internal consistency, we used the instrument in 16 training hospitals, and Crohnbch's α was 0.97. Then, we conducted individual interview for residents to explore response process. We analyzed the data with Grounded theory. We need to accumulate data to accomplish validated clinical teacher evaluation.
