Outline of Final Research Achievements

We performed proteomic analysis to 5FU resistant colon cancer cell line and identified some proteins (HP27, Prohibitin, TFAM) as candidate associated 5FU resistance. We showed a positive association between HP27 and disease progression by an evaluation using breast cancer serum sample. We abandoned an analysis for Prohibitin and TFAM due to loss of their reproducibility. We also identified some candidate proteins for Taxane resistance by proteomic analysis using Taxane resistant breast cancer cell line.
