Research Abstract |
Is performed CNV analysis by aCGH method using a microarray as a sample of blood for six monozygotic twins , an attempt was made to CNV analysis by real-time PCR using SYBR Green as a sample oral mucosal epithelium for nine monozygotic twins. The CNV analysis by aCGH method of six monozygotic twins, CNV is found in common to 2061bp on chromosome 2 of the two sets. There was no CNV that are found in common to all, personal identification was possible CNV is present in 12 people six monozygotic twins. Also was subjected to real-time PCR method to prepare a primer about the second chromosome, personal identification was possible with the exception of the (six months old) a pair.
