Outline of Final Research Achievements

Concerning the management of antithrombotics during periendoscopic period, we revealed the safety of endoscopic biopsy on all kinds of antithrombotics and the safety of high-risk endoscopic procedures on aspirin alone. Additionally, we could start new clinical trials about the feasibilities of high-risk endoscopic procedures on thienopyridines or warfarin considering results obtained from these previous studies.
